Depends on complexity and volume. Simple documents (civil registry certificates, references, diplomas, school transcripts) are translated within a day. More complex terminology, medical or legal documents, and larger volumes require more time.
A scan or quality photo of the document is sufficient. Any document can be notarized.
These are different things, though often confused. Notarization means a notary certifies with their seal that the translation was done by a qualified translator with a proper diploma. This does NOT confirm the authenticity of the original document. An apostille confirms the stamp and signature of the person who issued the original document — it proves the document is genuine and was actually issued by the relevant authority (civil registry, ministry, etc.).
